The factor effected the quotation including local wind speed , snow loading , we will used more steel to guarantee the safety of the building if the local with heavy snow and wind .

When we start work the project , the first is our engineer make the detailed design drawings to send client to confirmed , when the design drawing approval by clients , we will start to do the construction drawing and purchase materials for fabrication .
