Steel Structure Processing  Workshop for Automotive Parts

The company mainly produces automobile parts, and the building of this workshop is mainly used as a production workshop. The workshop is 80 meters long and 60 meters wide, covering an area of 4800 square meters. The eaves are 9 meters high and the ridges 11 meters high.

The main steel frame is welded with H-section steel of Q345B material. The steel quantity for the whole structure is 126.96 tons, with an average steel quantity of 23 kg per square meter. The reason why Q345B H-section steel is adopted is that its material strength is stronger than that of ordinary Q235B material, and it is suitable for large-span and high-rise buildings.
