Steel Structure Processing Workshop is in Hebei Province.

The company mainly produces automotive parts. The factory building is mainly used as a production workshop.

The workshop is 80 meters long and 40 meters wide, covering an area of 3200 square meters. The eaves are 9 meters high and the ridges 11 meters high.

The main steel frame is welded with H-section steel of Q345B material.  The reason why Q345B H-section steel is adopted is that its material strength is stronger than that of ordinary Q235B material, and it is suitable for large-span and high-rise buildings.

Project follow-up: After the price and scheme are negotiated, the contract is signed and the construction period is 40 days. The civil engineering team will slot the site, and the factory will transport the anchor bolts to the site, which will be irrigated with the foundation for connection with the column. After the anchor bolts are fixed, the columns, main girders and secondary girders will enter the field one after another, and the main steel frame will be completed within 30 days. Follow-up roof panels and wall panels will enter the site and complete the whole project within 40 days.
